• Lumina is unique amongst other psychometric tools because it avoids stereotyping, embraces paradox and creates clear communication, using memorable colours.
• Clients find great value as it increases understanding of themselves, as well as increasing performance, communication and relationships. Individuals love it because it gives a clear, jargon free insight into their and others’ personalities and qualities.
• This assessment leads to a deep understanding of the individual’s strengths, development areas and blind spots, and will assist school leavers to choose the right courses/subjects/careers, which play to their natural abilities and their developed strengths.

My Lumina Learning Process

1. Complete the Lumina on-line questionnaire.
2. Receive the Spark Portrait via email to read through in detail.
3. Receive a one hour telephonic/face-to-face coaching session to:
   • Understand the Lumina model and its benefits to you and your relationships
   • Explore a deeper understanding of your strengths, opportunities for growth, and blind spots.
   • Understand how you perform under pressure.
   • Clarify your personal developmental goals.
   • Confirm your study or career choices.
4. Install and explore your personality using the Lumina Learning App.

I am a qualified Lumina practitioner and performance coach, a learning and development specialist, and a transformational change facilitator. I have over 30 years of experience working in corporates and non-government institutions, with leaders, individuals and teams. I am an experiential learning specialist and have run numerous workshops for both adults and teenagers, on a variety of topics.
